GN Solids Control has completed factory assembly and performance testing for one batch of pneumatic sludge transfer pumps, which will be shipped to an overseas client for heavy sludge recovery and transfer operations.
This pneumatic sludge transfer pump, also called vacuum sludge pump, is engineered to handle high-viscosity oil sludge, tank bottom sediment and solids-laden slurry. It can suck and transfer materials containing large solid particles, ideal for oil sludge pits, crude oil storage tanks and waste treatment sites.
Different from standard pump packages, this batch is fully equipped with self-developed electrical control cabinets from GN Smart Control, serving as the intelligent brain of the whole pumping system. The GN Smart Control control cabinet integrates stable logic control, real-time operating status monitoring, fault alarm and protection functions. It realizes automatic start-stop, working condition adjustment and equipment safety interlock. With optimized anti-dust, anti-corrosion and stable control performance, the whole pump package delivers outstanding overall performance under continuous heavy-duty field operation.
The matched GN Smart Control electric cabinet is designed and manufactured in-house, complying with international industrial standards. It supports customized control logic, optional explosion-proof configuration, and convenient local/remote operation. It greatly reduces manual intervention, improves system stability and cuts maintenance cost for end users.
The pump system adopts pneumatic drive, featuring strong self-priming capacity, no blockage and reliable conveying performance for tough sludge media.
