The GNLS3073 large linear vibrating screen is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation device tailored for domestic mine sites. It forms a full mineral processing system with our self-made explosion-proof control panels and heavy-duty slurry pumps, covering ore grading and tailings disposal.
This vibrating screen features a dual-motor vibration structure and durable polyurethane screens. It boasts large screening area and high throughput, efficiently sorting ore grains and tailing sludge to reduce blockage and cut daily maintenance costs.
Its safe, automatic operation is guaranteed by GN’s explosion-proof control cabinets. The cabinet monitors real-time data of the screen and supporting slurry pumps, sending fault alerts and protective shutdown signals. Dustproof and moistureproof design fits harsh dusty mining environments well.
Our wear-resistant slurry pumps work with the screen to transport tailing wastewater. Fitted with high-chromium alloy impellers and double seals, they resist abrasion and leakage. Linked to the control cabinet, the pumps synchronize start-stop and flow adjustment with the screen for unmanned continuous operation.
